Create, execute test plans and scripts.
Develop performance testing scenarios.
API testing load, functional and regression testing.
Update and resolve defects.
Required Masters (or foreign equivalent degree) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Relevant knowledge of at least 4 technologies: JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5, ReactJS, Angular, jQuery, UNIX, LINUX, Windows 2000/NT/XP, MS Office, C, Java, C#, SQL, Oracle, Python, GIT/TFS.
Travel to unanticipated client sites.

Location: Rockville, MD

Perform daily systems monitoring and management across all production and non-production cloud infrastructure.
Interface with users and developers in order to resolve technical and user problems and improve upon CI/CD pipelines.
Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation.
Plan for and ensure adequate load and performance during peak traffic and off-hours.
Design and execute on net/subnet separation to ensure network security.
Lead Engineering discussions on architecture design to ensure maintainability, performance, and scaling.
Travel to unanticipated client sites.
